Building relationships, offering value and engaging with others as your true authentic self is the most positive way to build momentum organically in business. It is the cultivated relationships that will spur the strongest team members in my opinion.
Recently much of my training has been focused on the benefit and value of the Mastermind.
Many years ago when Napoleon Hill wrote Think And Grow Rich, he knew that tapping into and realizing our own subconscious as well as being a part of masterminds is incredible. The results to each individual will be stupendous and imponderable.
Knowing what happens when we realize the power of our subconscious and that we have choices we previously may not have realized paralyzes one's reason.
Each week we focus on a topic we choose, discussing it with a clear intention of providing value to our audience. The byproduct is always motivating each other to continue improving on our own best version of ourselves.
Yesterday, Steve suggested we discuss the value of exploring what we stand for. Knowing what we stand for and what we do not stand for will enhance clarity and intention in our purpose and goals.
