In my experience, setting effective goals that are congruent with what is important to me and how I visualize my future increases commitment and achievement. Taking the time to contemplate and define my goals has proven valuable and worth the effort. My goals are incredibly integral in maintaining focus, clarity and evaluation of progress.

Each week we focus on a topic we choose, discussing it with a clear intention of providing value to our audience. The byproduct is always motivating each other to continue improving on our own best version of ourselves.

Yesterday, Steve suggested we discuss the value of exploring what we stand for. Knowing what we stand for and what we do not stand for will enhance clarity and intention in our purpose and goals.
